As you can see from the before pictures there is evidence of a fire and lots of smoke damage.

The electrics were dealt with by a third party electrical company.

A specialist primer was applied to all surfaces prior to fully redecorating the whole flat with Dulux materials.

Walls were stripped and plastered throughout, ceilings were completely renewed. The walls were finished in vinyl silk and brilliant white Dulux Satinwood, the preferred finish for all the woodwork. All radiators were primed and then colour coded to the walls with Satinwood also.

The Lamininate flooring was fitted throughout to complete the transformation, all ready for the next tenant

The bathroom tiles were washed and prepared, followed by Dulux "Supergrip Primer" 2 further coats of brilliant white satinwood were applied to finish.
